Easter Deliveries
28th March 2013
With many countries celebrating Easter, letter deliveries may take longer than usual.
L-Mail will continue to accept letter requests over the holiday period but in many instances letters will not be processed until Tuesday 2 April 2013.
Chinese New Year Bank Holidays

With the upcoming Chinese New Year bank holidays we thought best to send through a friendly reminder that although QiQ is not taking any time off, many of the postal services in Asia will be.
Below is a summary of the upcoming bank holidays for each of the relevant countries.
Singapore/Malaysia – 11 Feb – 12 Feb 2013

China/Taiwan/Vietnam – 11 Feb -15 Feb 2013
Please ensure that enough time is allowed for letters to be received before these post offices close for the holidays.
L-Mail, Italy
11th October 2012
L-Mail now process letters from Como in Italy. Italian letters are sent via A-Post with a typical 1-2 working day delivery speed.

Brazilian Postal Strike

Due to a strike in the Brazilian Post Office services, there might be a delay in the letter's delivery. Only 40% of the post officer's contigent will be working, therefore delays may be expected.
L-Mail Hong Kong
09th August 2012
L-Mail is pleased to advise we are now printing and posting mail from Hong Kong. Integration account users will need to manually update their settings if they do not use our auto-routing option..
L-Mail accepts Paypal
09th April 2012
L-Mail now accepts payment via Paypal in addition to Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Paypal payments can only be made when the following currencies are selected at checkout - GBP, USD or EUR.

04th April 2012
L-Mail are now processing letters from Spain as well as 32 other worldwide locations. Integration Account users are reminded they may need to update their system settings to take advantage of this new location.
