Sending a single, one-off letter carries a
surcharge. This surcharge can be avoided by opening an L-Mail account with a minimum deposit of
$0.12(excluding GST, when applicable) is charged for the optional removal of the L-Mail logo
from correspondence. Any negotiated discount is applied to a transaction prior to the addition of the Logo removal charge i.e. this is not discounted.
Prices include GST at
10.0% when applicable and cover a maximum of three pages per letter. Fees charged
by our bank have resulted in us having to charge an additional
$0.50 for payment by debit cards. Credit card payments are accepted
with no additional charges for processing.
We accept Visa Purchasing, Visa and Mastercard credit cards
and JCB, Switch, Solo and Visa Debit cards.
Additional items such as chocolates can be sent with letters
in some instances. These are priced depending upon the printing
location for the letter.
