Merry Christmas
21st December 2011
On behalf of the L-Mail team and myself, I would like to offer a sincere thank you to all our clients for your support during the past year and send our best wishes to you and your family for the Festive Season and 2012.

I'd also like to share a few brief updates that you may find of interest:

WE'RE STILL HERE OVER CHRISTMAS

We'll be here over Christmas and the New Year but please allow a little longer for non-urgent support ticket responses and for letters to reach recipients. We will continue to process documents but the various public holidays around the world will impact on speed of delivery.

WE GOT PRESENTS TOO!

We got some fantastic gifts under our tree this year. The first present arrived from of a regional export award and this was followed up with a state level export award. Our thanks goes to our customers who made this possible.

NO CARDS, BUT BETTER EYESIGHT

As in previous years, we will not be sending Christmas cards. However, we have made a further donation to the Fred Hollows organisation (www.hollows.org) taking our total funds raised for this organisation to over AUD $3,000 - potentially saving over 100 individuals from preventable blindness.

Thanks and best wishes,

Peter
