L-Mail is pleased to announce we are now processing letters from the Netherlands.
The Netherlands is often called Holland, however this is incorrect as the provinces of North and South Holland in the western Netherlands are only two of the country's thirteen provinces
The Netherlands is a densely populated by 16.5m inhabitants and a geographically low-lying country. It is popularly known for its windmills, cheese, clogs (wooden shoes), delftware pottery and gouda cheese, dikes, tulips, bicycles, and social tolerance. |

L-Mail is pleased to announce representation in the Philippines. Officially the Republic of the Philippines, this island nation in Southeast Asia, with Manila as its capital is an ideal location for sending letters to the Asia Pacific region at very affordable rates.
The Philippines comprises a staggering 7,107 islands called the Philippine Archipelago, with a total land area of approximately 300,000 square kilometers or 116,000 square miles, making it the 72nd largest country by area.

In line with price increases being made by Royal Mail, L-Mail prices for UK Processed mail will increase on 2 April 2007 as follows:
UK Second Class Postage - 1p
UK First Class Postage - 2p
European Mail - 4p
International Mail - 6p

| Happy Chinese New Year |

| The Chinese New Year celebrations are about to start to start to welcome in the year of the pig. As a result L-Mail China will not be processing letters between 16 February and 22 February 2007. |

| L-Mail Corporate Account |

The L-Mail Corporate account is now available. In summary, the corporate account enables businesses to add additional L-Mail accounts to the one primary account providing cross business monitoring of the use of the service.
As L-Mail is increasingly used for Braille and audio letter production, this service can help businesses looking for a cost effective way of communicating with all their clients.

| Additional Users |

| All L-Mail accounts now include the ability to add additional users, so if you'd like your family and friends to make use of your L-Mail account, you can simply add their details into your L-Mail profile. Click "Add Accounts" from the "User Management" link. |

| Letter Storage |

|
L-Mail now store letters for the the last 90 days. If you require letters storing beyond this timeframe, an additional letter storage fee will be payable. Alternatively, if you would like letters storing for a shorter period, please let support@l-mail.com know and we'll update your details.
Individual letters can be deleted from L-Mail accounts at any time by clicking the delete icon on the 'Sent Items' page of your account control panel. Summary details (including the price and destination) will not be deleted but will remain indefinitely. |
