More delivery locations via Cyprus

Our Cyprus location is now processing letters for additional countries including Algeria, Tunisia, Iran, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates. In addition, a price reduction of EUR 0.05 will be implemented on 1 December for all non-domestic correspondence via Cyprus.

Upgrade and System Outage

We will be updating the L-Mail system on 26 November 2008. This will involve an outage of up to 3 hours between 09:00 and 12:00 GMT (UK time).

The enhancements will result in faster page load times and general improved performance. We have also taken this opportunity to archive data older than three months in age.

From 26 November, the Letters Sent section of your control panel will show the last three months of letters and audit trails. Similarly, the Transaction Report section will show full details of transactions for the last three months. Summaries, rather than full transaction data, for all earlier transactions will be detailed.

Detailed transaction reports for earlier periods can be requested if needed via L-Mail Support.

Sending automated postal mail on-demand gets easier

L-Mail, the online, on-demand letter printing/posting service operating from nearly 30 global locations has made sending automated letters from web systems that little bit easier with the launch of its new open source web module.

Whilst developers are free to create any custom applications with an API tool set, a simple demonstration application can now be downloaded, customised and installed on any web server. By entering the URL for the content to be mailed, the user can send a web page via mail to any postal address in the world.

L-Mail have helped clients automate the sending of welcome letters, password reminders, account activation letters, surveys, invoices and many other types of document.

The L-Mail team are excited by the launch of the module and look forward to feedback and further enhancements to the tool.

We are pleased to advise L-Mail is now operating from Malaysia. This location is ideal for sending fast and economical letters to Malaysia and other countries within Asia.

L-Mail Ukraine

15th August 2008

L-Mail's 26th location is now operating in Ukraine. Odessa, known as the Pearl of the Black Sea, is the L-Mail base from which the 48 million Ukrainian population is served.

L-Mail Brazil

05th May 2008

L-Mail is now operating from São Paulo in Brazil. This location is ideal for sending correspondence to South American countries such as Argentine, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay and Venezuela.

With a population exceeding 176 million, Brazil is a welcome addition to L-Mail.

More payment methods accepted

L-Mail is pleased to now accept American Express, JCB, Solo and Maestro payment cards in addition to Visa and MasterCard, in real time.

All L-Mail accounts now include access to over 500 letter templates. If your lost for words or would like some help to gain some inspiration for your next piece of correspondence L-Mail can assist.

L-Mail letter templates include thank you letter, resignation letters, sample sales letters and hundreds of other pieces of correspondence.
